We are proud of what we are, of what we do and of the goals we have achieved by navigating expertly in always new seas, sometimes unknown and stormy.

Our racing boat has often faced huge ocean liners but we, relying only on our strength, have never shied away from the challenge and have shown that we can keep the sea. We have succeeded by always remaining faithful to the Values of our Compass Rose, which have provided us with a strong and shared point of reference. It is these Values that make sense of our efforts, our work and our being together.

We try every day to transform our values into tangible and concrete realities: to this end, we have founded Venicecom Academy, a company program of continuous training aimed at our collaborators that offer them stimulating opportunities for professional growth. We also encourage work flexibility, favouring access to Smart Working methods and we adhere to projects that enhance female leadership, without ever losing sight of our primary objective: putting the needs, requirements and the potential of People at the centre of all our activities.
