Your data will be processed electronically, by hard copy or by any other appropriate type of storage system, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, letter F of the GDPR. This Site and the Services of the Data Controller are not intended for children under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not knowingly collect personal information pertaining to minors. In the event that information relating to minors is unintentionally recorded, the Controller shall promptly delete it at the user's request.   9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
    The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of these data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or their correction. Based on the provisions of the GDPR, by simply communicating to the Data Controller, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for reasons legitimate, to their treatment.   10. CONSERVATION PERIOD
    According to Article 5 of the GDPR, the data of the interested party collected shall be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and on the basis of the deadlines set by law.
